Service Description. This Site describes Airbnb Cleaning Service, House Cleaning Service, Rental Property Cleaning, Move Out Cleaning, Debris Removal Service, Junk Hauling Service, Yard Cleanup Service, Property Maintenance Service provided by PPANDD LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://ppanddllc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PPANDD LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. PPANDD LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. PPANDD LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPANDD LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid PPANDD LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPANDD LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under HI law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in HI for any related dispute.
Term Changes. PPANDD LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
